Secure document destruction

Lockable security consoles are placed where your people generate confidential paper, which is usually beside the printer rather than in a store room. Staff post documents through the slot and that's the last time anyone can retrieve them.

On a schedule that suits you, our vetted crew collects the sealed consoles, transports them under documented chain of custody to our facility, and shreds the contents. The shredded paper then goes straight into the paper recycling stream, so nothing about the security process costs you an environmental outcome.

Moving offices, closing a site, or finally dealing with the archive room? We'll place bulk bins for a purge, collect them all at once, and destroy the lot. Volumes that would take a desktop shredder a month are handled in a single run.

Under the Privacy Act, destroying personal information you no longer need isn't optional, and being able to demonstrate that you destroyed it is what an auditor will ask for. The certificate exists for exactly that reason.
