Demolition and strip-out scrap
Demolition metal is heavy, awkward and on a deadline. We bring the plant to the site so material is processed where it falls, instead of being trucked out uncut at a fraction of its value.
Processed where it falls
Mobile shears, excavators with grabs and magnets, and operators who've done it before. Structural steel is cut to transportable lengths on site, reo is separated from concrete, and non-ferrous is pulled out before it disappears into the ferrous pile.
Cutting on site means fewer truck movements, better grades, and a program that doesn't stall waiting for a float.
Tendering and valuation
For larger projects we'll assess the recoverable metal from the drawings and a site walk, and give you a valuation before you commit. On some jobs that valuation materially changes the number you tender.
We can work as a subcontractor to the demolition contractor, or contract directly to the principal, whichever suits the structure of the job.
Compliance on site
SWMS, inductions, insurances and licensed operators as standard. Our people work to your site rules and your program, and we'll provide the documentation your principal contractor needs before we mobilise.
