Weighbridge certificates
Every load across our weighbridge produces a certificate. Calibrated equipment, auditable records, and reporting that holds up when somebody checks it.
What's on the certificate
Gross, tare and net weight. Date and time in and out. Vehicle registration. Material description and grade. Your account and job reference. Our site and the operator who processed it.
Certificates are issued at the weighbridge and are also available through your account, so a document lost in a truck cab is a five minute problem rather than a month-end one.
Why it matters
If you're reporting diversion rates to a client, a board, a council or a certification scheme, an estimate isn't evidence. A calibrated weight tied to a specific vehicle on a specific day is.
It also protects you commercially. Where there's ever a question about what left your site and what arrived at ours, the record answers it in seconds.
Calibration
Our weighbridge is maintained and calibrated to trade measurement requirements, and calibration records are available on request. If your auditor wants to see them, they can.
