Sell to Us
Selling your scrap, start to finish
One ute load or a standing weekly collection, it runs the same way. Quick off-loading gets you in and out, and you leave with a docket for every load.
Sort what you can
Separate copper, brass, aluminium and stainless from your general steel. Ten minutes of sorting is usually the difference between a mixed-grade price and a clean one.
Weigh in
Drive onto the weighbridge on arrival. Every load is weighed on calibrated equipment, and the docket is yours to keep.
Unload and grade
Our yard team directs you to the right bay and grades the material with you present. If a grade is ever unclear, we'll show you why.
Get paid
Weigh out, settle at the office, and you're gone. Payment terms and methods are confirmed when you first register with us.
What you'll need to bring
Under NSW scrap metal legislation we can't pay cash for scrap metal, and we're required to record who we buy from. Bring photo identification and the account details you want to be paid into. If you're selling on behalf of a business, bring the business details too.
For vehicles there's an extra step, since we need proof you're entitled to dispose of it. That's covered in full on the vehicles page.
If you have not been in before
Call ahead and describe what you have. We'll tell you what the material is likely to grade as and whether it's worth separating anything further before you load up. There's no obligation and it costs you nothing but a phone call.
If the load is large, awkward or needs to be cut down before it can be moved, don't move it at all. We'll come to you instead with a bin, a truck or a mobile shear.

Get a price on your material
Send through what you have and where it is. You'll get a rate, a collection window and the right bin for it.
