Built around your production line
We start by walking your floor. Where the scrap is generated, how it moves, where it accumulates and what it gets mixed with determines everything about the system we design. Swarf from a machining cell needs a completely different setup to sheet offcuts from a press shop.
From there we place the right containers at the right points, set a collection frequency that matches your production rate, and make sure your team never has to think about it again. Bins arrive empty before the full ones leave.
Materials we handle in volume
Steel and stainless offcuts, punchings and skeletons, aluminium extrusion and sheet, copper and brass turnings, swarf and grindings, dross and drops, cable offcuts, and reject or obsolete stock that needs to be destroyed rather than resold.
Where material is oily, wet or mixed with coolant, we'll talk through the handling and any pre-treatment. It affects the grade, so it's better dealt with openly up front than discovered on the weighbridge.
Reporting that ties back to a docket
Every collection generates a weighbridge certificate. Those roll up into monthly reporting showing tonnages by material, recovery rate and revenue, in a format that drops straight into your sustainability and compliance reporting.
