We physically go through your streams. What's in the general waste bin that shouldn't be, what's being collected too often, what's being collected nowhere near often enough, and where material is being downgraded by contamination it picks up on the way to the dock.

It is tedious work and it is where most of the savings sit. Nearly every site we audit is paying landfill rates on a tonnage of material that someone would have bought.

Container types and placement, signage, collection frequency, and enough staff briefing that the system still works in month nine rather than just in week one.

We will also tell you where a change is not worth making. Not every stream justifies separation, and we would rather say so than sell you a bin you do not need.

Monthly reporting on tonnages by stream, diversion rate and landfill avoided, tied back to weighbridge certificates rather than estimates. That's the difference between a number you can put in an annual report and a number you have to defend.
